Some events are open to all while some have a specific audience in mind and recommended prerequisite experience. We can’t wait to learn with you.

Do you ever feel like you’re going through your entire day on autopilot and by the end you don’t even know what happened? During this three hour workshop we will review what is working in our lives and where we need to make changes to help us stay present and aware throughout the day. We will build individual mindful routines to start and end the day, learn what is taking us out of our centered self, and how with awareness and intention we can live a more fulfilled mindful life. Join Meg as you begin to learn how to live and not just survive.

This workshop begins with a 45 minute yoga class followed by a 30 minute sound bath to help us settle into our bodies and expand our consciousness before moving into our hour and 45 minutes of mindfulness discussion.
