Our studio is located at 322 Madison St, Suite 201.
Free parking is available in the lot behind our building, accessible from 4th Ave N. Park in any space that is reserved for The Square in the second lot on your left (farther from 4th Ave).
Parking is also available in the lot with the Henrietta Red sign (closer to 4th Ave) on weekdays during the day and Monday evenings.
Free street parking and paid lots are also available.

Getting Here
The Studio (home to all daily group classes, unless otherwise indicated) is located at 322 Madison St, Suite 201. Enter through the glass door with signage for “The Square” on Madison Street and proceed to the second floor via stairs or elevator.
The Lab (home to private sessions and smaller group sessions by appointment) is located at 1216 4th Ave N, Unit 110. The Lab is behind Henrietta Red and The Golden Slipper. You’ll see our copper door at the end of the courtyard if you’re coming from the parking lot.
Rent Our Space
We occasionally rent our space to fellow yoga teachers, movement instructors, and related practitioners as our schedule allows. Whether you’re looking for a space for a pop-up event or looking to host a training or workshop, send us an inquiry to see if we’re a good fit for your needs.
