All class purchases are final sale, unless otherwise provided by law. Returns and refunds are not offered for any drop in classes, class packs, memberships, gift cards, workshops, trainings, or retail. Unworn, unwashed retail items with tags still attached may be exchanged within 30-days of purchase with receipt.

By agreeing to these Terms, you agree that you will not issue a chargeback for any payment made to Heart of Wisdom Yoga, including incidental  late-cancel and no-show fees, as you are fully aware of this Refund Policy and voluntarily consenting to it. Should you attempt to issue a chargeback, you may lose access to the services.

Clients can cancel or reschedule class reservations with no penalty up to 2 hours prior to class start time. All cancellations 2 hours or less prior to class are considered a late cancellation. 

Class package holders who timely cancel a class will have the class added back to their account for future use. Class package holders who late cancel or no-show will lose their class credit. Those with an Unlimited Membership who late cancel or no-show will be charged a $15 fee.

Members must have an electronic purchase method (card or ACH debit) on file. Memberships require a two month (one auto-renewal) commitment. Monthly unlimited memberships auto-renew monthly on the purchase date, using the original payment method. If you would like to update your payment method, request a membership pause, or cancel your membership, please email us at hello@howyoga.co and we will review your request.

After one auto-orenewal, you may cancel your Membership either in your account, via email, on in-studio,  prior to your next billing date. 

Pauses to Memberships can be granted for a minimum of 1 month, at studio’s discretion for a variety of reasons including medical requests, family emergencies, and financial hardships.

All drop in classes, class packs, memberships, workshops, and trainings are to be used by the purchaser / account holder and are non-transferable. They cannot be shared between multiple clients,  and can only be used by the original purchaser / account holder.

We offer special discount pricing for select groups including students and teachers and Germantown neighbors. If you fall into one of these groups and have questions about using your discount, email us at hello@howyoga.co and we’d be glad to assist you.

We are a cashless studio; we take electronic payments only - no cash or checks. Payment is due in full prior to class.
