Getting Here

Our studio is located at 1216 4th Ave N, Unit 110. We're right at the end of the courtyard around the back of the building. Our building is at the corner of 4th Ave N and Madison

Free parking is available in the lot reserved for The Square, which you can enter off 4th Ave N next to Abednego. It's the second lot on your left. The first lot is reserved for Henrietta Red only (but they're closed until 5 pm on weekdays, so do with that what you will...) There's also street parking and paid lots available too.

Getting Settled

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class to get checked in and settle into your spot in the yoga room.

We ask that all cell phones, watches, and fitness trackers are on silent during class.

For the security of our clients and staff, the front door locks when class begins, and we are not able to accommodate any late arrivals.
