Hi! I”m Camryn :) I have been a part of the HOW family for a couple of years now and am so honored to be a part of this community. When I am not on my mat teaching or practicing you can find me hanging out with my senior pup Lennon, at the gym, or somewhere in nature. I love teaching creative sequencing and fun transitions.
