We’re hiring! We’re looking for yoga teachers specifically with morning and daytime availability, and we’re looking for yoga students who want to trade one desk shift per week for their membership. Full details are listed below.

Yoga Teacher Application
We are currently hiring yoga teachers with morning and daytime availability on weekdays. Strong candidates for our teaching positions will:
Have daytime availability with preference to applicants who can commit to multiple classes and/or days per week
Have completed a comprehensive 200 hour training at minimum, additional trainings are a plus
Have training and experience teaching trauma informed Hatha and/or Vinyasa yoga
Anticipate a minimum of 6 months of commitment to teaching their allotted time
Class times needing coverage include:
Monday through Friday
6 or 6:30 am, 8 am, 9:30 am, and 12 pm.
All teachers are required to carry their own liability insurance in addition to the insurance carried by our studio.
Work Study Application
We are expanding our studio team and looking for yoga students to trade one desk shift per week in exchange for an unlimited monthly membership.
As part of our front desk team, you’re a key ambassador to our studio. You’ll be one of, if not the first, person our students interact with during their time at HOW Yoga. Our team is expected to be welcoming, respectful, kind, and ready to answer questions to help our students feel at home with us. You should be a problem solver but also not afraid to say when you don’t know or say no to hold a boundary. We’re looking for people who love keeping track of the details and are strong verbal and written communicators. You don’t have to be an extrovert, but you do need to recognize that this is a client-facing public role during your time at the desk.
Front desk team members are expected to:
Learn about and be able to answer questions about HOW Yoga packages, memberships, and studio policies
Assist teachers in setting up the room and light cleaning to tidy the space between classes
Track client milestones and take appropriate action according to studio procedures to recognize clients
Assist with studio correspondence via email and text
Be a friendly face ready to help our students and teachers
Team members may be able to join classes during their shift if they complete all desk tasks for the day.
Shift coverage is most needed at the following times (shifts may be split into portions):
Monday through Thursday 4 to 9 pm
Saturday and Sunday 8:30 am to 1:30 pm
Sunday 4 to 7:30 pm
